Hi, I found your page a few months ago when you started, I forgot about it until today and checked back - you didn't say much! But I don't fault you, instead I wanted to thank you. I don't remember either how I found your page initially, but through it I was made aware that there even was such a thing as a Foreign Area Officer. After reading the PDF file about it, I'm convinced it's for me. I've been in the USAR for almost 2 years with the goal of becoming a CO. Though I have my B.A., it will take few years to reach the qualifications to be a Foreign Area Officer, but I am happy to have something to aspire to!

Dear John,

I am searching for an article about a foreigner's experience in visiting Hung King Temples of Vietnam. The articel will be translated into Vietnamese and published on the Vietnam Times on the occasion of the coming Hung King Festival in 2008 (and it is in 10 day time). I might have another way of publication, that is posting an interview. It would be a great chance for me if I am able to contact you for further information about you, your experience and feeling when you visited the temples. My email address: trungkienguyen@gmail.com and my hand phone No.: 0918.264749. I would be very grateful if you can help me for the article publication. Please contact me as soon as possible before Mar 10, 2008 if you are interested.

Thank you very much in advance!

I look forward to hearing from you!

With best regards,

Nguyen Trung Kien
